94666: Joan Macinnes

Joan (born 1914) was the daughter of John Macinnes and Lily Mackay of 2 Hill Street, North Tolsta.

In 1922 the family obtained 4 Gress as a newly lotted croft.

Joan married Donald Ferguson of 57 Back where she then settled with him. Two of their daughters drowned in the “Chair Pool” on the Gress River in 1953.
