Keose woman receives MBE
Mrs Ann Urquhart [nee Smith] of 1 Anderson Road, Stornoway, is shown after the Buckingham Palace Investiture, where she received the MBE from Her Majesty the Queen. Mrs Urquhart, an ex-Provost of Stornoway, has been in local Government for twenty years.
