46 Gress is situated in Glen Tolsta. It was a newly lotted croft in 1922. The first tenant was Alexander Macmillan who previously lived at 3/4 Glen Tolsta. The family later moved to 35 Coll.

The croft  passed to Donald Maciver. He used the croft as grazing whilst living at 45 North Tolsta.
