113504: Shepherds House, Glen Tolsta

This house was used by the boundary shepherds of Gress. The first known occupants were Donald Macleod, Flora Macleod and their children: Barbara, Donald, John, Alexander, John, Alexander, John, Donald, Alexander and Neil.

The house then officially passed to Kenneth Martin, but he never lived there.

In 1922 the site of the Shepherds House at Glen Tolsta became crofts: 45 and 46 Gress.
