Christina was a daughter of Roderick Mackenzie and Naomi Maclean, 12 Crossbost. She married Murdo Mackenzie from 24 Crossbost. The couple emigrated to Canada and settled in Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Christina later married Murdo's brother, Kenneth Mackenzie formerly of 24 Crossbost. The couple settled in British Columbia.
