Margaret (1791-1882) was a daughter of John Maciver from Ranish. She married Malcolm Macdonald from 28 Old Leurbost. The couple settled at 28 Old Leurbost and  the had five children.  In the 1853 lotting the family obtained 34 Leurbost.
