Cairistiona Sheumais Iain

Christina (1820-1910) was the daughter of James Thomson and Mary Macaulay of 5 Old Coll.

She married Alexander Macdonald of 24 Old Back. Christina and Alexander lived with his parents at 24 Old Back. In 1851, the crofts were re-lotted and the family obtained 42 Back. The couple had eight children. 

Christina was widowed in 1892.
