Alasdair Dhonnchaidh

Alexander (1821-1907) was the son of John Beaton and Margaret Finlayson of 9 Old Coll.

He married Christina Campbell of 24 Old Coll. In 1851, during the croft re-lotting, the family obtained 11 Coll. Alexander and Christina had eight children.

Alexander was widowed in 1891.
