Catherine (1815-1897) was a daughter of Donald Macrae and Annabella Nicolson, 3 Habost.
She had two children with Donald Macleod, Cromore but they never married. In 1851 she and her two children are living with her brother, Lewis at 8 Habost.
In 1861 Catherine and Malcolm are living with her widowed sister, Ann at 8 Achmore.
Catherine may have been living with her son Malcolm, in Govan around 1891.
She died in Govan Poorhouse, Merryflats in 1897.
