Donald (1829-1895) was a son of Angus Macarthur and Mary Macmillan, 20 Cromore.
At Crossbost, in 1864, he married Barbara Kennedy, 17 Cromore. Donald and Barbara settled at 20 Cromore and they had five children.
Donald was widowed in 1874 and in Lochs in 1875, he married Margaret Morrison, 9 Calbost.
