Catherine (born 1826) was a daughter of Alexander Smith and Marion Beaton, 24 Cromore.
In Lochs, in 1853, she married Angus Macdonald, 23 Cromore. Catherine and Angus settled at 23 Cromore and they had seven children. Angus died in 1871 and Catherine did not appear on any other Census.
