91134: Donald Macleod
Donald (1803-1868) was the son of John Macleod and Catherine Macphail, cottars in Old Back.
He married Christina Smith of 14 Old South Tolsta. Donald and Christina settled at 30 Old South Tolsta where they had four of their six children.
In 1851, during the croft re-lotting, the family obtained 7 North Tolsta however in1853 Donald lost the croft and the family became cottars at 67a North Tolsta.
