Marion (born 1831) was a daughter of Donald Macleod and Mary Smith, 16 Lower Bayble.
She married Malcolm MacFarlane of 52 North Tolsta. Marion and Malcolm were cottars at 52 North Tolsta where they had the first of their seven children.
In 1853 the family emigrated to Canada and settled at Huron Township, Bruce County, Ontario.
