7 Gress was a newly lotted croft in 1922 and the first tenant was Allan Martin Alean Thormoid Dhomhnaill from 59 Back.

The croft was then sold to Donald Macaulay Domhnall Aonghais Dhomhnaill, 19 Breasclete. The croft was then passed to Angus  Macmillan, 3/4 Glen Tolsta and after his death to his  son, Donald John.
