109660: Norman Maciver

Norman was the son of Norman Maciver and Margaret Maciver, 11 North Tolsta, in a house Norman's father built. The family moved to Stornoway and lived at 52 Manor Park.

In 1952 the family emigrated to Canada, and Norman went to school there. The family returned to Scotland, initially to Inverness.  They later returned to the  Isle of Lewis and built a new house at 3a Knock, Point. 

Norman married in England and had a career in retail: in supermarkets.
