Barbara (born 1895) was the daughter of Donald Macleod and Mary Macleod of 3 New Street, Back. In 1922 the family settled at 20 Gress.  She did not marry.

After the death of her parents Barbara lived with her unmarried brother, Donald and her sister, Mary who had returned to  20 Gress when she was widowed.
