Mary Macleod (born 1867) lived at 5 Lower Bayble, but it is not certain she was born there.
She married Donald Macleod, of 37 Back, and the couple settled at 3 am Poileagan and had four children: three girls and a boy.
In 1922 the family obtained 20 Gress as a newly lotted croft.
