Iseabail Mhurchaidh
Isabella (1817-1904) was a daughter of Murdo Mackenzie and Isabella Mackenzie, 46 Balallan. She was raised by her uncle's family at 6 Grimshader after her mother's death.
In Lochs, in 1840, she married James Macdonald, Lemreway. Isabella and James were Cottars at Lemreway when the village was cleared in 1843. The family were moved to Crossbost before they settled at 9 Habost. The couple had nine children.
Isabella was widowed in 1895.
