Iain Dhonnchaidh
John (1822-1918) was a son of Duncan Macinnes and Margaret Macleod, 3 Crulivig.
In Lochs, in 1847, he married Rachael Macaulay, 9 Garyvard. John and Rachael settled at 9 Garyvard where they had two of their eight children.
The family moved to 10 Lower Bayble. In 1871 they are enumerated in Upper Bayble .
They emigrated to Canada in 1873 and settled at Compton County, Quebec.
John was widowed in 1898 and by 1910 John was in Vermont, living with his son, Murdo.
