Angus (1810-1856) was a son of John Smith and Catherine Nicolson, 5 Old Achmore. The family also lived at 3 Strome, Shieldenish and Aline.
In Lochs, in 1840, he married Christina Mackay from Uig. Angus and Christina settled at 5 Old Achmore and they had two daughters.
Angus was widowed in 1845 and in 1848 he married Ann Macrae from 3 Habost. Angus and Ann resided at 5 Old Achmore and they had a daughter, Christina. In the 1852 Lotting Angus obtained 8 Achmore.
Angus died aged 46.
