Murchadh Iain

Murdo (1829-1894) was the son of John Macfarlane and Annie Maciver.  3 Old Gearraidh Ghuirm.

In 1851 the family obtained 52 North Tolsta as a newly lotted croft and in 1853 the family emigrated to Canada and settled at Huron Township, Bruce County, Ontario.

Murdo married Christina Macleod of Ontario and formerly of Old Mid Borve. The couple settled in Ontario.
