110236: Murdo Maciver

Murchadh Aonghais Mhurchaidh

Murdo (1842-1907) was the son of Angus Maciver and Margaret Murray of Lingwick, Quebec. The family had emigrated from 25 Old South Tolsta prior to his birth.

In 1876 Murdo married Ann Macmillan Lingwick, Quebec and formerly of 17 Marvig. Murdo and Ann settled on a farm between Gould and Scotstown for a short time and later moved to Fisher Hill, Gould, Lingwick where they spent the rest of their life. The couple had five sons.

The couple are buried at the Pioneer Presbyterian Cemetery, Gould, Lingwick.
