93344: Margaret Macfarlane

Margaret (born 1832) was the youngest daughter of John Macfarlane and Ann Maciver; it is not known where the family were living at the time of her birth. Both of her parents were from Borve.

From 1830 to 1840 the family lived at 3 Old Gearraidh Ghuirm; it is not clear where they initially went after Gearraidh Ghuirm was cleared.

In 1851 the family obtained 52 North Tolsta as a newly lotted croft.

In 1853 the family emigrated to Huron Township, Bruce Country, Ontario.

Margaret married John Macleod, of Old Borve, and the couple settled in Ontario.
