The first tenant of this croft was John Kennedy (1835-1910) Iain Iain Ruairidh from 17 Cromore and he passed 4 Cromore to his son, John Kennedy (1865-1938) Iain Iain Iain. John passed the croft to his son, John Kennedy (1904-1986) Iain Iain Iain who later moved to Inverness.
The croft was sold to Alexander Macleod (1887-1964) Alasdair Choinnich Mhurchaidh from 14 Cromore.
