In Lochs, in 1908, she married Murdo Macmillan, 4 Lemreway. Mary and Murdo settled at 4 Lemreway where they had seven children.
The family moved to 11 Orinsay in 1921 before the village was re-lotted in 1922.
Mary was widowed in 1945.
